THE MYSTIK DUO

Novak Kneeland, is an incredible singer, songwriter and keyboardist.  His unique and complementary vibe is immediately recognizable by fans, and irresistible to music lovers the world over.   Novak said “I play music for one reason and one reason only; ‘cause I can make you dance!”  When asked about his views on music, he replied “why listen to me talk when you can listen to me play.  Let’s just let the music speak for itself”.     

Evans Lamour is the guitarist, singer and song writer of The Mystik Duo. When asked what type of music he plays, Lamour quickly responds “I play Reggae and World/Carribean Music as well as R&B. Lamour has had the opportunity to travel the world, record and perform with an impressive roster of artists including "George Clinton" of The Funkadelic's, "Club Noveau", "Andrew Tosh", "Junior P",  “Junior Toots”, "Shinehead", “General Jah Mikey”, "Eddie Fitzoy", "Kid" from "Kid N' Play", "Delly Rank", "Maxie Priest", “Daddy Freddy”, "Frank Paul", "EEK-A-Mouse" and "Sugar Minnot". Lamour has worked for 7 Star Productions and has written tracks for such artists as “Mega Banton”, “Anthony B”, “Bounty Killer” and “Junior Reed”. He also helped to compile songs and music for the NBC movie of the Week "Glitz".
